Introduction to Skiing (Two-Ski / Alpine Skiing)
Skiing with two skis is the most traditional and common way of enjoying the sport. Skiers use a pair of skis to glide on the snow and perform techniques. By shifting their weight between the two skis, skiers can control speed and direction, and master basic skills such as parallel skiing, turning, and stopping.
