Introduction to Alpine Skiing
Alpine skiing, also known as two-ski skiing, is the most traditional and popular style of skiing. Skiers use two skis to glide across the snow, shifting body weight from one ski to the other to control speed and direction. This technique allows skiers to master the basics, such as parallel gliding, turning, and stopping, while building up confidence and skill.
