In winter, snow monkeys are often seen playing in the hot springs. However, please note that the monkeys are wild animals, and sightings in the water cannot be guaranteed.
Due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary may be altered or shortened. Thank you for your understanding.
This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users and may not be ideal for travelers with limited mobility. If you are unsure about your ability to participate, please contact us before booking.
Please do not feed the snow monkeys.
As the weather can be very cold and the walk to Jigokudani Onsen takes about 40 minutes on snowy paths, we recommend wearing non-slip shoes and warm, comfortable clothing.
Vehicle type is not specified and will be arranged based on the number of participants on the day.
Please be punctual for the designated meeting times throughout the itinerary. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour midway or continue, and no refunds will be provided.
